Turning complexity into clarity
I started my career in client services at bswift, managing HR benefits platforms for large enterprise clients. That role taught me how to navigate complex systems, manage demanding stakeholders, and find the root cause of problems fast.
From there I moved into business analysis at CVS Health, working on digital products across Caremark.com and CVSspecialty.com — leading cross-functional teams and translating messy business requirements into things engineers could actually build.
For the past four years I've been a Product Manager at Fusion Risk Management, owning roadmaps for risk management and third-party risk SaaS products. I'm now looking for my next challenge — ideally a software PM role where I can keep building products that move real metrics.
