Product Management
A look at how I've approached product problems — from discovery to delivery.
Win rate for SMB new deals was stuck at 25%. Through customer research and competitive analysis, I identified that high implementation costs were the real barrier — not the product itself. Redesigned the packaging to cut implementation from 250+ hours to 60, unlocking competitive pricing and pushing win rate to 60%.
TPRM adoption was plateauing because the product relied on static, point-in-time questionnaires. Led a strategic shift to dynamic, continuous monitoring by launching integrations with Argos Risk, SecurityScorecard, and SupplyWisdom — resulting in a 22% increase in solution utilization.
Product escalations were being miscategorized at a high rate, causing support SLA misses and engineering noise. Redesigned the escalation process and intake taxonomy, reducing incorrect categorizations by 45% and improving SLA compliance from 91% to 97%.
Usage data showed Incident Management was underutilized despite strong reviews. Root cause analysis identified manual roster management as the friction point. Shipped an automation tool that removed the bottleneck — now used by 42% of customers, representing a 15% lift in overall module utilization.
Side Projects
Building things outside of work keeps me sharp on the technical side of product.
A JavaScript application that evaluates poker hands, determines winners, and walks through the logic of hand ranking. Built to get hands-on with algorithmic thinking and sharpen my technical intuition as a PM working closely with engineering teams.
Co-founded the first outdoor triathlon in Peoria, IL. Managed event logistics, 50+ race volunteers, marketing, and grant proposals — earning $7,000+ in revenue annually and $1,000+ in grant funding. An early lesson in building something from zero.
